About Me

My photo
Everyday that I get to sit down and write, I get to live part of my dream. Writing romance has been a dream of mine ever since I read my first romance novel. The underlying theme I carry in all of my work is overcoming difficulty, believing in oneself and achieving dreams. It isn't hard to look to the stars and dream the impossible, because the only thing that stops you is your imagination.

Holiday Blessings

With the Holidays upon us, that magical feeling of hope comes alive as we anticipate special moments with those we love and care about. It is a special time, because we are more sensitive to the memories and feelings of what makes the holiday season so special. We are also very sensitive to the memories and feelings of the hurts and disappointments we have had in the past. We dare to hope, to dream that those hurts and disappointments can be put to rest, so we can put them behind us.

The memories of those who are no longer with us grow strong. We miss their laughter, their quirky ways, and their hugs. We feel their presence as we go about our daily business as our schedules get busier. We take on more to prepare for special gatherings with family, friends, and co-workers. We celebrate the living and honor the the ones who have passed while making new memories with each passing moment.

The holidays brings on laughter and tears. It's a powerful combination of happiness and sadness, because we all have our stories. They are as individual as our fingerprints. No two stories are the same. We see things a little differently than the next, because of how we feel and what we believe.

I think all of us can agree though, that no matter how differently we feel, or believe, it is the little things in life that make the biggest impact in our lives. Those little things can be life altering moments.

This holiday season, join in, be apart of something special. No matter how you give, you are special, you matter. Yes, I'll say it again ..., YOU ARE SPECIAL, AND YOU MATTER. The most valuable thing 'you' can give, is your time.

Make the time you have count, so when you look back on the years you lived, you can say, I have no regrets. Think of the memories you will leave behind. When you are apart of other people's lives, they will remember you. They will remember the good you do. They will remember your laughter, your tears and most importantly they will remember you with love.

Today is a gift, so treat it as one and be the best that you can be.

Love to all, and may you be blessed with God's love.
